Branch Sales Manager - Bilingual Chinese

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a Southern California-based Financial Institution seeking a Sales Manager to support the overall management and performance of their Irvine Branch. The Sales Manager will provide strong sales and customer service leadership, and possess a deep understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive branch performance by achieving deposit growth, loan production, fee income, and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new consumer and commercial banking relationships.
  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with retail customers, small businesses, and commercial clients through proactive outreach and financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, procedures, and risk management standards.
  • Oversee branch staffing, scheduling, performance management, recruiting, training, and employee development.
  • Monitor branch financial results and implement action plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with commercial lenders, treasury management, mortgage, wealth management, and other business partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Foster community involvement and represent the bank at networking events, business associations, and community organizations.
  • Safeguard branch assets and ensure adherence to cash management, audit, and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficient with MS Office).
